Absolutely not. We welcome all fitness levels and skills. Our classes cater for all levels. We teach fundamentals, safety and proper technique. Our coaches will guide you step by step

We offer NOGI Brazilian Jiu Jitsu(grappling) Muay Thai and Wrestling and MMA classes. If you want to do MMA you will need to do an unlimited membership as MMA combines striking, ground games and wrestling. The MMA classes focusses linking them all together but to be competent in all areas coming to focussed classes will help too.
You can focus on one discipline only such as Muay Thai, Grappling or Wrestling.

Safety is out highest priority. Controlled technique is emphasised over hard contact. Sparring is strictly optional and only permitted under direct coach supervision for advanced students.

Wear comfortable, athletic clothing without zippers or pockets. A t-shirt or rash guard paired with some athletic shorts is perfect. Bring a bottle of water and a sweat towel. Please also ensure that your toe and finger nails are tr short.

No you do not. For your trial class, we will lend you a pair of gloves. If you decide to sign up, we will recommend the basic gear you will need based on your chosen discipline.

Yes! We do. This allows you to experience our facility, meet coaches, and try out classes before committing.
Fill out a registration form and contact us to let us know which class you would like to try out.

Yes. Just let us know and we can freeze it whenever you want but we ask that you freeze it for a minimum of 1 month.

We maintain strict hygiene standards. Our mats are steamed cleaned and hoovered at temperatures of 165 every night with an hospital grade machine. All communal gear and loaned gloves are also steamed cleaned after every single use. We also ask members to keep their nails cut short and wear freshly laundered training gear.

No, they can choose. They can do one discipline or both for a well rounded skill set. You can choose the membership that best suits your child’s interest.

Safety is out highest priority. In striking classes, kids practise on foam pads. In grappling classes, they learn how to falll safely and control opponents gently.
Full contact sparring is not part of our kids’ striking curriculum.
But like any physical activity or youth sport minor bumps and bruises can happen. However because our classes are highly structured and strictly supervised, major injuries are extremely rare.

No sorry , we do not allow parents in the training area.T his policy ensures your child stays completely focused on the coaches’s safety instructions. It also removes performance anxiety and helps children build independence confidence and stronger bonds with their training partners.

Furthermore our team don’t just have martial art experience but are also trained to understand child psychology , age appropriated physical development, safe guarding protocols, ASC inclusivity , ADHD support and Emotional regulation.
